I had problems with starting my car, Elliot quickly tested this and found that my battery needed replacing. Despite it being very close to closing time on a night when we were due snow (and no doubt other staff were wanting to go home) he said he could change this and did so quickly and efficiently. He also saved me money! Thank you for not turning me away when it would have been easy to do so and for being so helpful. Much appreciated Elliot!

Gone in with little idea of the bike that would suit my needs and budget. Staff couldn’t match but yet tried hard and offered to do more research the next day when manufactures are open. Didn’t wish to sell me a bike that wouldn’t fit my needs and therefore invalidate warranty.

I specifically decided to use Halfords to buy something as they had emailed me two discounts I could use. After the website refused to take the valid discounts online I decided to go to the local store. Despite their best efforts they couldn’t get the discounts to work in store either even though they were valid and could only apply a partial discount. The store were great and the item worked but I could have bought it cheaper elsewhere had I known the hassle it would be. Poor service from Halfords marketing team!!!

Excellent service being very helpful with assembly of scooters for our grand daughter to try and pick the right one!. We used this same store with the purchase of bikes for both grandchildren in the past and found staff really helpful!....

I visited for a replacement battery for my car key. The key fob was very stubborn, 2 of the men who were very helpful!l (sorry can’t recall your names) were unable to prize the fob apart, appreciated their efforts though, however Clare came to the rescue thankfully and immediately managed to prize the fob open. All staff including Helen were friendly and professional. Thanks again! Great team work!

absolutely amazing staff , i never go to a shop as ive always sorted my bike myself but by god my gears were driving me insane ? i can now say they a shifting so much smoother ( cant remember the guys name but thankyou ) ( pontefract store )
