I purchased a Verve 1 low step bike from Ventura Trek in August.
This is the most comfortable and the safest bike I have ever owned. I recommend it especially for seniors who would like a bike that is easy to mount and exit. The Verve 1 is also flat out FUN to ride. The people at Trek Ventura were very nice and gave me plenty of time to test ride the bikes I was considering.

Placed a call to the Ventura Store and I spoke with Ben. Ben went above and beyond in looking for a part that I needed. He assisted me and I found the part in Porter Ranch the same day! There were some minor issues at the Porter ranch location but Ben also helped solve those issues within the hour! Great customer service Ben, way to go!

Very satisfied with the guidance and service received from both Joseph and Mark at the Ventura store. I had a hard tail mountain bike in mind and realized after I got it that I would be better suited for the Dual Sport. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me. Great customer service and would recommend!

Mario was great. I took a pretty basic bike in, not knowing where I was…lol! He repaired my bike right in the spot. It was a basic jiffy but he cared for it like it was gold! He was so nice! I’ve had horrible experiences at other bikes shops. These guys were great! I can only imagine the service from them when you buy a bike from them.

I purchased my Project One Fuel Ex couple of months ago from the Trek store in Venture. I have purchased several bikes before elsewhere, but by far had the best customer service experience here at Ventura Trek store. My sales person, William, went out of his way to customize my Project One bike and ensure timely delivery time. I even brought my Yeti bike for service and the service department did an excellent job, making the bike ride like new again. On top of the great service, their convenience of delivering my bikes to my work made the experience that much better. Overall I like to thank William at sales, Josh the service manage and Joe in the service department for operating an excellent customer oriented bike shop. Kudos to you all.
